Question 1

How fast does the Missed Calls Agent text back?

Accepted Answer

Within seconds, 24/7. When a call goes unanswered, the agent instantly sends a personalized text from your business number, answers common questions, and books the job.

Question 2

What happens when a caller asks something the agent can't handle?

Accepted Answer

The agent takes a message, flags it, and sends you the full conversation and a callback request right away. You stay in control of anything complex.

Question 3

Which phone systems and tools do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We integrate with Twilio for call and SMS handling, Calendly and Google Calendar for booking, and field-service platforms like ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro.

Question 4

Do I need a developer or any technical skills?

Accepted Answer

No. We wire up your phone system and configure every agent for you during onboarding — business hours, services, and how you want customers handled.

Question 5

What happens after the 10-day free trial?

Accepted Answer

Your card is charged on day 11 at $150/agent/month (or $400/month for all three). Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing, and you can cancel anytime after — no contracts.

Question 6

Is my customer data secure?

Accepted Answer

Your customers' data stays yours. Calls, texts, and booking details are stored encrypted, used only to run your agents, and never sold or shared. You can export or delete everything at any time.

Question 7

How do I know it actually works for my business?

Accepted Answer

Start with the 10-day free trial on your real missed calls and customers. You'll see every text sent, review requested, and win-back campaign in your dashboard — real numbers from your own business before you pay a cent.
