We do not independently collect personal information from consumers visiting our website beyond standard website analytics (page views, browser type, IP address).

Personal information processed through our platform is used exclusively to:

• Send automated SMS messages on behalf of our business clients (e.g., Google review requests, re-engagement messages, missed call follow-ups)
• Log message activity for business reporting purposes
• Prevent duplicate messages from being sent to the same individual

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
